I never thought I’d ever want my butt to be bigger, but as I grew, it became obvious it was almost non-existent. Seriously, I had a super flat butt. While my hips grew, my bottom remained flat.
That’s not attractive even on men, but a bit more appropriate. I started a program of regular exercise, and it did tone up my hips, but no matter what I tried, my butt was a pancake waiting for syrup.
I found this exercise routine and thought I’d give it a try. After a few weeks, it worked. No, I don’t have a J-Lo butt, but then I don’t know anyone that has one that’s that shapely. I think you’d have to do hours of dance routines to get it. What I do have is a bit more pronounced backside that’s shapelier. Try these exercises if you want some good results.
