Most of us choose to start a new day with a cup of coffee and many assume that without this magical elixir, they would be unable to perform even the most basic tasks. There is more to lemon water than meets the eye and this seemingly mundane drink has everything that we need for a fresh start. For starters, it is fizzy hence an excellent alternative to soda pop, which is hardly a healthy so this should represent an incentive to make the transition. Furthermore, the refreshing taste of lemon will get you on your feet even if you didn’t get enough sleep and on the long run, it can achieve results that are comparable to what coffee delivers.
