If you’re prone to acne or have acne scars from your earlier years, you’re going to love this face mask. It’s the go to cure all for everything from wrinkles to dark circles under your eyes and even acne. I use turmeric liberally in cooking, partially because of the health benefits it provides.
Some studies show it can help with everything from prostate cancer to Alzheimer’s disease and it’s also a powerful antioxidant. However, I never considered it for the skin, but suspect the antioxidant powers would help there too.
I was a bit reluctant to use this mask at first. The yellow staining was a bit of a turn-off, but I found a quick solution. I used it the day I colored my hair. That way, I already had on old clothing and rubber gloves from the coloring. I put it on after I had the hair color applied and atop my head.
The timing was perfect. It took a half hour for the coloring and just 20 minutes for the mask. I had my face rinsed and glowing just in time to rinse my hair and get ready for the evening.
The results were amazing. I looked younger with a glow to my skin that I can’t even describe. It does help eliminate those under eye circles too. This one is a keeper.
