- ½ Cup of Fresh Ground Coffee – use the coffee grounds within 15 minutes of brewing the coffee, otherwise it will begin to oxidize and not be as effective
- ¼ Cup of Sweet Almond Oil or Olive Oil
Coffee absorbs and removes liquid and fat from your skin which aids to minimize the appearance of dimpled skin on your thighs. But be aware that this is not a magic with an instant solution, you need to do this treatment 2-3x religiously a week for a month to see improvements.
