It doesn’t matter what I wear, those bulges of fat that look they’re escaping from my bra show. I’ve taken to throwing on a dress jacket with sweaters to hide the outline, but in the summer, my only solution is to steer clear of clinging tops, particularly ones with cutout backs where the fat jumps up and waves at everyone I pass.
I knew it was time to stop hiding the problem and do something about it. That’s when I found the YouTube channel called Natalie Jill Fitness. One video had a solution for my back fat problem.
I love this woman’s workout videos. She’s the real deal. She doesn’t promise that this exercise will take away all the back fat but notes that to lose fat you have to lose weight. However, she does say that it will give more muscle tone in that area, which can help the problem.
Now, I have to start eating healthier, besides just doing the exercises. These were easy and didn’t require extra equipment if you didn’t have it at home. I started doing them yesterday and if I stick to it….ugh….I’ll be looking great in no time.
