How to Lose Weight Fast Up to 10 Kgs in 10 Days

The struggle to lose weight is probably one of the most difficult tasks, and people always seek a way to find the best advice or quick weight loss tips.

Right now, I am in the middle of an egg-periment after reading the comments from people who tried this diet plan! I thought some of you might be interested in it.

I used to lose over 20 pounds on a traditional low calorie, lots of exercise diet and was struggling hardcore to keep it off. I also have serious issues with sugar. I can not control myself with it.

I was gaining weight back and miserable. I decided to try something extreme to get myself off the carbs and on a healthier track. I am recording the results at Egg Diet Adventures. I thought maybe some of you might be interested. I hope to transition to Primal once I am finished and hope I can keep the weight off and get healthier and more fit.

This egg diet for weight loss is easy to follow, and you can lose up to 10 kgs in 10 days.

Breakfast:
3 boiled eggs
1 cup green tea

Lunch:
3 boiled eggs
1 apple
1 cup green tea

Evening:
1 apple
1 cup green tea

Dinner:
1 cup oatmeal ( you add flax seeds or some nuts)

Night Time:
1 cup of green tea 1 hour before bedtime

In between meal, you can only have some carrots, cucumber or sprouts
