If you are like me, you’ve probably done the old trick in peeling off the whole head of garlic like crushing them in a pestle and mortar or smashing the garlic clove using a knife and yet, you still have to dig into the garlic with your hands and peel them off.
But I found a better alternative to completely shed the skin. After a few seconds, you should find that each clove has completely shed its skin and is ready for cooking. Check the video below:
