This recipe is incredibly easy to execute and it results into something almost as finger-licking, as those French fries.Here’s the basic recipe but you are free to modify it and experiment with the spices. This way, you can come up with a roasted cauliflower seasoning that is better suited to the taste of your family.
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- lemon juice from half of lemon
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder or chilli flakes
- 3 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
