Simple Home Remedy Cures Cracked Heels, Corns and Calluses in 10 Days

If your pumice stone is no longer removing those calluses or you find your heels cracking and painful, this home treatment is perfect for you. It only takes ten days to see results that you’ll love and your feet will love too.

Cracked feet, calluses and corns can occur for a number of reasons. In fact, calluses and corns actually contribute to the potential for the tissue on the heel to crack. Dry air, improper foot care, poor diet, inadequate moisture, bad footwear and prolonged standing on hard surfaces also add to the problem, just as conditions such as psoriasis, diabetes and thyroid disease do.

You may just have thickened skin on your heels with some redness, inflammation and itching, maybe even peeling, but unless you take precautions, it can turn into deep cracks that are far more painful and may even bleed. That’s particularly dangerous if you’re diabetic.

Whether you spend a lot of time on your feet or not, painful cracked heels can spoil your day and don’t have to be tolerated when you use this home remedy.

What you need:

  • Aspirin
  • Alcohol

Directions:

  • Start the remedy by creating a mixture of 10 – 12 crushed aspirin to a 1/2 cup of 70% alcohol.
  • Allow the mixture to stand a little bit. When you’re ready to use it, right before you go to bed, shake it well and then soak a cotton pad or cotton ball in it.
  • Place the pad on your heel and use aluminum foil or plastic wrap to hold it on, then cover with a sock to keep it in place overnight.
  • Rinse the foot with cold water, exfoliate with a pumice or foot scrubber and apply with foot cream/vaseline to keep the skin soft, then wear sock overnight.
  • Use this routine every day. In ten days, you’ll have smooth callus heels that won’t crack.

You can also use the mixture on painful varicose veins. It helps lessen the pain and bring wonderful relief.
