You’ll Need:

  • raw organic honey (optional)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk / your favorite milk)

Instructions:
Boil the water and add turmeric & ginger. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add the milk and strain the tea in a cup. You can add raw honey if you want to improve the flavor.
