Jeepers Creepers Jack-o’-Lanterns
These frightened pals are enduring some unwelcome midnight callers. While plastic spiders skitter-scatter over one, a mouthful of slithering snakes gives the other eyes as large as, well, pumpkins.

Let’s not postpone the inevitable and get ready for Halloween a couple of weeks in advance, to keep expenses low without making too many compromises. Decorating doesn’t need to be a tedious process and with a small budget anyone can prepare the ideal setting, especially if they take a do-it-yourself approach. Most of these projects take only a couple of hours to complete and in addition to being inexpensive, they are also guaranteed to make your house and premises uniquely scary.
Hanging stuff is particularly popular during this time of the year, so whether you decide to use ghosts, spiders, bats or other scary creatures, they are guaranteed to have a terrifying effect on unsuspecting guests. They don’t take up a lot of space and it is up to you to decide the most appropriate place to hang them, so that they don’t get in the way while surprising people went least expected. No Halloween is complete without pumpkins, so take your time to carve them in the scariest ways you can think of, then light them up with a candle.
If you have a talent for drawing or painting, don’t hesitate to decorate these pumpkins as you see fit and stack them on the stairs to maximize the effect. Instead of buying a Halloween wreath, you could make one yourself using a couple of thin branches and ribbons then decorate them with spooky figures such as ghosts, spiders or mummies and hang them on the wall.
