Freeze herbs
No matter where I lived, I always had an herb garden. In one spot, I didn’t have a yard, but a bucket was big enough for the garden. I hated the season to end when I no longer had fresh herbs and had to dry any I had left. That’s just a memory from the past. Today I wash leftover herbs, cut them to size and put them in an ice cube tray covered in olive oil. Once frozen, I can put each cube in the appropriately marked bag. I now have fresh herbs all winter.
