You’ll Need:
- raw organic honey (optional)
- 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk / your favorite milk)
- ¼ tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ tsp ground ginger (or 1 inch thumb-size smashed fresh ginger)
- 1 cup of water
Instructions:
Boil the water and add turmeric & ginger. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add the milk and strain the tea in a cup. You can add raw honey if you want to improve the flavor.
