Cauliflower Crust Pizza—A Healthy Alternative to Regular Pizza

I found out that you really need to make two if there’s more than two people in your family. That’s because I could have eaten one whole one myself, but my family thought they should enjoy dinner too.

I made one with garlic and one without and I liked them both. So if you don’t like garlic, you can fudge a bit. The crust was super easy to make and you patted it out flat, so there’s no need for the rolling pin and tossing it in the air to stretch the crust is out of the question. We loaded ours with mushrooms, onions, jalapenos, pepper, olives and just a few pieces of pepperoni that I snipped into small pieces and scattered about for extra flavoring.
