Clear Your Stuffy Sinuses in Seconds Using Nothing but Pressure

UGH! Cold and flu season is upon us, and there’s nothing worse than a stuffy head when you’re trying to sleep. Either you become a mouth breather, which keeps you awake because the inside of your mouth dries out and becomes sandpaper, or you don’t breathe at all…simply not an option.

I found this great video by Heather Wibbels. It shows you how to do simple massage techniques to unstuff your head using lymphatic drainage massage.

It really seemed too easy, but sometimes natural is the best medicine. I already had a sinus headache, so I decided to follow along with her video.

I had to stop it periodically because she suggested doing each move as many as fifty times and I didn’t have a chance to do that before she went to the next area to massage.

You’ll probably have to do the same. I’m happy to report a headache went away, and I did feel the glob of mucus or lymphatic fluid draining in my throat. It worked like a charm and while I don’t want a stuffy nose, I’m ready for it when it happens.
