How to Get Baby Soft Feet in 3 Easy Steps

I hate dry cracking feet. I’ve gotten snags on calluses that ripped through my nylons when I put them on and pulled them over the feet.

I refused to go through that any longer and made a pledge to have my feet looking beautiful and soft in time for sandal weather.

Of course, since I had no beauty ritual established, except for the occasional pedicure, I had to find one and get started right away, so I’d see results in time.

This video had everything I needed to keep my feet looking soft and attractive. There are no more snags on nylons, and I’m proud to show my feet off in public.

They look so good; I really wish you could go barefoot everywhere.

But for now, I’ll settle for my nylons lasting far longer and wearing sandals or even flip-flops and looking fantastic.

Step #1

The first thing you need to do is to soak your feet.

You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

① Head into the bathroom and fill up a container tub (just about halfway)  with warm water. Then, add the milk and olive oil. Mix all together very well.

These 2 ingredients have moisturizing properties that would definitely soften up the skin.

② Now, you can relax and soak your feet for about 10 minutes. This is a perfect time to read some of your favorite books. This process is really relaxing at the same time, it really helps to soften those dry, thick skin, hence prepare your skin for exfoliation.

Step #2

You’ll Need:

  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

① Add the ingredients in a jar and mix it all together to form a paste-like consistency.② Focus on the area where you have a lot of dead skin, massage your feet in circular motion. The sugar helps slough off dead skin while the olive oil softens and moisturizes. the citric acid in lemon also helps the exfoliation.

Exfoliate your skin 2x a week

③ It’s really important to exfoliate in order to get rid of the thick, dead skin cells that tend to build up overtime. So, it is recommended to exfoliate for at least 5 minutes and rinse it all off before you continue to the next step.

Extra Tip:

You can use a pumice stone as well and if you need a bit more of a maintenance, you may invest a PedEgg. Something that I personally love and highly recommend if you need more TLC.

Step #3

Something I love to use after exfoliating my feet  is Vaseline. It’s very moisturizing but you can also use olive oil or your favorite lotion.

Apply a thin coat of vaseline or whatever you prefered and put on some socks afterwards so your skin will soak up all the moisture.

Do this routine as often as you like. I do this 2x a week and if I’m in the mood, I do this 3x a week for better result.

” Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not: nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not: the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. ”
