How to Remove Sun Tan From Your Face Quickly

sun-tan-2

We understand that prolonged sun exposure causes most of the wrinkles, dark spots and tanned. Most South Asians don’t fancy tanning like folks from the west do, we normally dig even and fair skin.

Over time, the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) light damages the fibers in the skin called elastin. When these fibers breakdown, the skin begins to sag, stretch, and lose its ability to go back into place after stretching.

The skin also bruises and tears more easily — taking longer to heal. So while sun damage to the skin may not be apparent when you’re young, it will show later in life.

This video is for those who don’t like their skin getting dull and tanned. I been using the same facial mask recipe for years and I swear, this mask is very effective if being regularly used and can leave your face supple, smooth and bright. But remember, regular exfoliation also brings out a clear skin and removes any acne spots and marks from your face and body.

You’ll Need:

  • 1 tbsp gram flour or besan
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp raw milk
