Okay, I saw this video right before I was going to make supper and it looked delicious. I wasn’t sure whether it was the cake that looked so good or the fact that I was hungry and most anything would look good. I added it to my favorites to view when hunger wasn’t ruling my mind. When I saw it later, I knew hunger wasn’t the driving force; it did look good.
Within a week I decided to taste test it on my family, and they loved it. In fact, the whole pancake lasted only a day and a half. It’s super easy and will probably become my go-to recipe when I have to take a dessert to a function.
There’s no baking and very little preparation, and it’s not that expensive either. I could make two of them for the price it cost to make my last dessert and less time. Best of all it tasted fantastic.
