Scalloped Hasselback Potatoes

I can’t think of too many exquisite foods that have potatoes as their cornerstone, but quite frankly I don’t care because I absolutely love them. I’m a big fan of such meals and my recent discovery is not surprising tapping into the tasty potential of potatoes, while adding a couple of equally delicious ingredients into the mix.

Sliced and stuffed baked potatoes give you a lot of freedom in selecting the contents of this meal as different ingredients can be stuffed inside so there are virtually endless combinations.

While I encourage you to explore new opportunities and let your imagination flow, I couldn’t overstate the benefits of giving this particular recipe a try. Two or 3 tablespoons of melted butter and an equal quantity of dried herbs, salt and fresh as well as 4 tablespoons of grated cheese are going to turn regular potatoes into a delightful meal.

Four of them are necessary and you will also need to add a tablespoon of salt and roughly the same quantity of parmesan cheese, but then again you can’t go wrong even if you decide to use another type of cheese that you like more.
