Weight Loss Yoga for Beginners


I know that many people say that yoga isn’t for losing weight, but I can’t support that because, besides the fact that yoga helps you to stay healthy (picking better food), it also brings you strength, flexibility and greatly helps your body burn those extra pounds.

The physical postures are easily modified, making them appropriate for all levels, beginning to advanced, and the focus on breath and awareness is profoundly relaxing and meditative.

Practicing yoga brings many benefits, including improved posture, strength, flexibility and concentration, and reduced anxiety, stress, and reactivity, not to mention it is a wonderful way to shed pounds.

These poses can work wonders on the body but remember, weight loss is a combination of many other factors which cannot be avoided. A disciplined lifestyle and eating habits can take you long way to the body you have ever dreamed of.
