I know I’m not alone when it comes to finding cleaning and cleaning a bit of a drag. As soon as you finish a meal, it’s time to clean up…..and within what seems like minutes, time to cook again and the vicious cycle continues.
It seems my family thinks they need three meals a day, which I have gotten down to two and a snack if I make brunch. I’m constantly looking for ways to cut out cleanup and cook quickly. Breakfast in a bread bowl does that. It’s even better when it’s brunch in a bread bowl. You can use almost any type of bread roll for this recipe. I love the Hawaiian bread rolls, so I frequently use them for this dish.
