⑧ Test Your Eggs for Freshness
As eggs age, their shells become porous allowing air to enter the inside of the shell. The more air that gets in, the more buoyant the egg. Eggs that are past their prime and unusable will float. Unlike Ivory soap, it’s not pure if it floats.
